In life there are three groups of people: the heavenly-minded, the tribulation-minded, and the victorious-minded.  Which group do you asscociate yourself with?  The heavenly-minded often think that we live in a perfect world where things always happen as planned.  Because we do not live in a perfect world, we must have balance in our lives and realistic expectations.  The Bible says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper; however, it did not say that no weapon would be formed.

In the year of extra effort, it is vital for us to always expect from God. What or who is the object of your expectation? Properly placed expectations are breeding grounds for miracles, but misplaced expectations only bring disappointments. As you finish this year strong, renew your faith in God because we know that He can do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine.
